Spray Tips & Guards

We offer two spray patterns: mist and stream. Mist is great for heavy soiling while the narrow stream can penetrate cracks and crevices for better removal of dirt on hard-to-reach surfaces like enclosed cabinet hinges or brick steps.

Graco spray tips are designed to prevent rough abrasion by ensuring that each spray tip remains consistent in diameter. If the orifice size increases and fan width decreases, it can have an effect on productivity and quality of the finish. A worn out tip will need to be replaced. Old turning points also contribute to increased abrasion which is why new ones should be installed for maximum protection of your Graco equipment's parts.

What is a 311 spray tip used for?

Whether you're a professional or DIY-er, our RAC IV tips are designed to give a high quality finish. Unlike other tips, ours can be cleaned quickly and easily by simply twisting the tip around and spraying in the reverse position! This little feature gives you more time for what you love – painting walls or furniture, creating art projects with kids, or whatever else makes your heart sing.

What is a 515 spray tip used for?

A professional painter or contractor looking for a bit more accuracy in your work? Graco's 515 spray tip is ideal choice. The 515 tip has an accurate 10-inch fan size with 15 thousandths of an inch in hole size for better control over the thickness of the coating sprayed. A must-have product if you're looking to get that perfect finish.
