Transfer Pumps
Transfers pumps are a core piece of equipment that's used in the spray foam installation industry. They're the first step in the mixing process and are responsible for extracting A and B materials from their respective barrels and transporting them to the proportioner. Additionally, they're used in any protective spray coating job that uses polyurea, such as construction reconditioning, automotive, and flooring.

Air-powered, high pressure transfer pumps are one of the most reliable pump types for spray foam applications. Unlike piston pumps and hydraulic pumps, there is no reliance on moving parts or fluid displacement.
Graco has multiple styles of cordless drum pumps for your operation. The T series is an industry staple with various models available, including:
- T1: The earlier rendition of Graco transfer pumps, the T1 has a modest maximum continuous output of 2.5 gpm and comes in a 2:1 fluid/air ratio.
- T2: With a slightly higher ratio of 2.25:1 and a maximum output fluid pressure of 405 psi, the T2 is built for thicker fluid
- T3: The T3 builds upon the T2 and has the same stainless steel lower pump but with an upgraded Merker air motor and a 3:1 ratio for the highest viscosity fluids.
- T4: As Graco's most advanced transfer pump, the T4 incorporates ProConnect technology. This allows the user to separate the lower barrel pump from the motor, resulting in quick changeover rates when multiple lower pumps are utilized.
In addition to the T series, Graco offers a 1:1 Fast Flo pump and the E series, an ultra-quiet, electrically powered variation of the T series.
