Bolair assures distribution of genuine parts from its suppliers and stands by their warranty policies with our fully qualified service department. Our quality standards are woven through the entire company from the shipping/receiving functions right through to management and shareholders.
Here at Bolair, we believe that a quality policy can only be fully implemented with measurement, inspection and on-going training. With a fully integrated real time inventory system with regular spot checks for variances and full counting on a yearly basis, we can provide quick, accurate information on product availability and delivery. Our goal is to provide sufficient stock on necessary items requested and utilized by our customers to avoid operational downtime and its unnecessary associated costs.
Bolair's training begins at the recruitment stage and carries though with orientation and then continual training based on procedure manuals developed for each aspect of our operation.
